Mobile apps to help you keep your New Year resolutions
Lose weight, quit smoking, start a new hobby, get into shape, find a new job. These are just a few of the New Year’s resolutions people will make for 2017.
For those who don’t know what a New Year’s Resolution is, it’s basically when a person makes a promise to do something or improve something about themselves in the new year. It could be something like eating healthier or just being a nicer person.
But sometimes it’s hard to stay on track when life can get so hectic. For example, when working late nights, you may not have energy to exercise or you might just heat up a quick microwaveable dinner instead of cooking a healthier alternative. Busy caretakers can spend all weekend running back and forth to kid’s soccer games, trying to get grocery shopping done and dinner cooked and more. So, they may not be finding the “me time” they need to do more yoga or meditate.
Life throws a lot of curveballs at us and it can be very easy to get distracted and lose the motivation to keep up with your resolutions.
So I put together a few apps that I think can help you stay committed to your goal. Since I know there can be millions of different New Year’s Resolutions out there, I chose some of the more popular ones that can be aided by mobile apps.
